Fluticasone is a topical corticosteroidical medicine.

This medication is for use only on the skin. Be careful to keep it out of your eyes.

Side effects may include:
Burning, dryness, infected or worsening eczema, itchy spots, rash, skin irritation, stinging

No interactions with food or other drugs have been reported.

With extensive or long-term use of Fluticasone, hormone absorbed into the bloodstream may cause a group of symptoms called Cushing's syndrome.
If it is left uncorrected, Cushing's syndrome may become serious. If you suspect your long-term use of this medication has led to this problem, seek medical attention immediately.

Apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to your regular schedule.

Fluticasone cream and ointment are prescribed for relief of inflamed, itchy rashes and other inflammatory skin conditions.

Store at room temperature.

Do not use Cutivate cream on the face, underarms, or groin areas unless your doctor tells you to do so. Do not apply Cutivate if you have an infection in the affected skin area. Tell your doctor if you have had any other problems in that area.
The treated skin area should not be bandaged, covered, or wrapped unless you have been directed to do so by your doctor.
If an irritation or allergic reaction develops while using Fluticasone, notify your doctor.
The drug can interfere with the thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands, causing a problem called Cushing's syndrome
