Patients with sick sinus syndrome except in the presence of a functioning ventricular pacemaker should inform thier health care professional about the same.

Patients with severe hypotension should inform thier health care professional about the same.
Patients with acute myocardial infarction and pulmonary congestion documented by x ray on admission should inform thier health care professional about the same.
