Indomethacin is a NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication).
How to use
Take with food or immediately after meals to prevent stomach upset. Take this medication with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless your doctor directs you otherwise. Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking this drug. Sustained release or long acting preparations must be swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew them or the sustained activity may be destroyed and side effects increased

Over Dose
If you suspect an overdose call the emergency department or your doctor immediately.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
Uses
Indomethacin treats the pain, swelling and stiffness associated with arthritis, gout, bursitis or tendonitis.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
