Stablon side effects experienced by patients on initial usage include:-
dizziness
abdominal pain
nausea
headache
constipation
complex, vivid dreams, maybe nightmares.
You should stop using this medicine and contact your doctor immediately if any of these common symptoms become severe, or persist, or any other unusual symptoms occur, such as:-
insomnia
anxiety
decreased sex drive
chest pain
difficulty in breathing
loss of appetite
fatigue

Because Stablon is different from other anti-depressants, it does not work well with;
other anti-depressants
Salicylic acid [at high plasma concentrations]
SSRIs such as Prozac

If you suspect an overdose call the emergency department or your doctor immediately.

Since Tianeptine is rapidly absorbed and eliminated by the body, it is important to stick to the dose regimen. But, if you somehow miss a dose and remember an hour or so later, then take the missed dose, otherwise go on to the next dose. Check with your doctor if you like, but never double your dose.

Keep this medicine at room temperature away from heat and moisture, with the bottle properly capped; out of reach of children and pets. Discard any medicine that has passed the expiry date or is no longer required – check with your pharmacist about the proper disposal of the same.
